Green Thumbs Galore LLC protects your private information. We do not store your credit card information.
If you select to login with your social account, we will collect only your public available information such as your name to prefill the account registration and to speed you through the shopping cart check-out process. We share your name and address with our 3rd party shipping partner when we create mailing labels for any orders you place with us. We do not share your information in any other manner or through any other channels.
We guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy and true to cultivar. If you're not satisfied within the first 5 days of receiving, give us a call at 423-304-5850 so we can help make it right! We want to know immediately!
Plants are living things and will need proper care and nutrients to acclimate to their new environments. Neglect or purchasing plants that are not suitable for your growing zone or soil type are not included in this guarantee.
Replacement plant shipping cost is at the customer’s expense.
We do make mistakes on rare occasions. If your order is incorrect, please contact us right away. If your plant blooms not true please let us know so we can make things right.
Canceling an Order
Requests for cancellation must be made by calling 423-304-5850. Canceled orders that have not yet been shipped but are in the process of being packed and shipped, will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If tracking information has been associated with your order, we will not be able to cancel any longer as your package is in transit to you.
You will be able to select your desired shipping time during checkout from our shipping calendar. We cannot guarantee these shipping dates. Shipping live products has its challenges and occasionally Mother Nature will not abide by our time frames.
We will delay shipping due to severe weather forecasts in your area or ours and sometimes the seasons are delayed so plants take longer to reach specifications. Although these types of delays are rare, we try to keep you informed. The health of your plants is our highest concern.
Oops - Alive or Dead?
We cannot guarantee Mother Nature, hungry animals, plants shipped out of recommended zones, human damage, extreme weather damage, over watering, drought, insects, disease or poor soil conditions. Plants are living organisms that can die from a hundred different causes beyond our control. We do our best to make sure you are getting a quality product.
The easiest way to determine if your plant is still alive is to touch its stem. If it feels cool to your fingers, it's alive. if it feels warm, it's most likely dead.
Many plants go dormant or semi-dormant in the fall through early spring. These plants are completely healthy but may exhibit fewer leaves, browning of leaves or no leaves at all. This is normal and essential to the plant’s health and your plants will sprout out in spring.
